Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Firefly Conservation & Research is an organization dedicated to firefly conservation, habitat protection, and education. Because we operate with limited staff and resources, returns on general merchandise (such as t-shirts and apparel) are generally discouraged. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do our best to assist you. Certified Firefly Habitat signs are treated differently — if your sign arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Our goal is to support you while also allowing us to continue focusing on conservation work.

General Returns & Exchanges (T-Shirts and Other Merchandise)

If you need to return or exchange apparel or other merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Return Address (Merchandise Only):

Please include your name and order number inside the package.

Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Certified Firefly Habitat Signs

Certified Firefly Habitat signs are produced and shipped separately.

If your sign arrives damaged:
Please email us at firefly@firefly.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement sign at no cost.

You do not need to return the damaged sign.
Please do not send any signs back to us.

If you need a replacement for another reason, contact us and we will review the request case-by-case, as quantities are limited and each sign supports conservation funding.

Thank You for Supporting Firefly Conservation
